Ok, I am in the labyrinth, now what?!
Your first challenge is to find a village, and set your checkpoint! There you will find food and supplies to help you progress. Make sure to read the signs at spawn, and check out the tips page.
How do chests work?
You can loot pretty much every chest in the labyrinth. The loot is unique to each player, so loot all you want. Most of them restock after 24 hours. Some of the better chests will reset after several days, and will inform you of how long it will be when you open them. Always make sure you take what you want from the chest and do not store items in them, as the contents of a loot chest will be deleted about 8 seconds after you close it. You will also gain gold when opening treasure chests.
Why can’t I craft or wear iron armor?
You can craft and wear iron armor as soon as you step into the Sands of Torment, and diamond equipment and weapons as soon as you step into the Accursed Halls.
Can you tp me back to the world spawn / my friend?
No… However, you can use /worldspawn to meet your friends at world spawn and set your checkpoints there together. You will not be able to use this command if you are in the bog. You will need to find your way out first!
What is gold for?
We have a community region accessible via the /community command. The command is 500 gold per use, and completionists have /warp community for free. In /community there are plots for sale, vaults for rent and player shops. You can also type /vp p to see a list of virtual containers, workbenches, etc, which you can buy.
What are these building blocks/hoes for?
You can use those on a plot that you own or are a member of in /community.
How do I get food?!
You can /kit help to get emergency food. Otherwise, you will find it in chests throughout the labyrinth!
What is this swamp place?!!!
It looks like you have landed in the Bog of Sorrows! There is only one way out, and you will have to find it!
Can we form groups?
Yes! We use mcmmo parties!
What can I do with emeralds?
Emeralds are only useful in the community region for selling and building blocks.
Do compasses work?
They serve no purpose in the labyrinth other than crafting maps.
Why can’t I /tpa?
You can! As soon as you complete the labyrinth, you will be granted the Completionist rank, which includes the ability to tpa. We do not sell this privilege, you must earn it.
Why don’t you have an admin shop set up to buy and sell items?
We want the players to create their own economy. There are market stalls in the community region, or you can set up a shop on a purchased plot.
I added someone as a member/owner on my plot, and they griefed me!
Remove them from your plot. Be careful of who you add as a member to your plot.
Someone griefed my plot, but I didn’t make them a member or owner.
Please report this to an admin. Type /helpop My plot has been griefed in game chat.
When I type /spawn in the bog, I respawn in the bog and when I type /warp, /tpa, etc., they don’t work!
